Plaintiff Bernadette Barnes of California filed a class action lawsuit accusing Hanna Andersson, LLC and Salesforce.com, Inc. of exposing her personal data and payment card information, along with thousands of other online customers.
Customer data was stolen during purchases made through the high-end children’s apparel retailer’s website, which uses an ecommerce platform supplied by Salesforce. Transactions made between September 16, 2019 and November 11, 2019 were exposed.
The plaintiffs are represented by M. Anderson Berry and Leslie Guillon of Clayeo C. Arnold, A Professional Law Corp. and John A. Yanchunis of Morgan & Morgan Complex Litigation Group. The case was filed on February 3, 2020 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.
