Sam was born in Los Angeles, CA, and moved to Fresno, CA, where she was raised as the youngest of four girls. In July 2012, she relocated to Sacramento and graduated from Sheldon High School. With a longstanding interest in criminal justice and law, Sam pursued and attained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University. She is now interested in furthering her education by pursuing a law degree.

Sam started as an intake coordinator and quickly advanced to the roles of case manager and intake supervisor, thanks to her exceptional customer service skills. She has a passion for working with people and finding resolutions.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys participating in a soccer league, attending family gatherings, and spending time with her two cats, Brutus and Calypso.
