Shané Cartwright
HR Manager
Shané Cartwright, a Sacramento native, moved from San Jose, CA, to Sacramento, CA, with her family in the early 90s. After high school, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery to determine her professional career path. With a passion for learning and acquiring new skills, Shané often refers to herself as a “Jill of all trades.”
Shané first obtained a cosmetology license in 2013 while working full-time for a tech company. This eventually led her to acquire a Real Estate license in 2017. While working, she earned a notary commission and completed an A.S. Transfer degree in Business Administration in 2022.
By the end of 2022, Shané was hired at Arnold Law Firm as an Accounting Clerk. She quickly demonstrated her versatility and was later promoted to HR Manager, where she discovered her true calling in managing the HR department. Her leadership and dedication have not gone unnoticed; she was featured in the March 2024 Comstock Magazine for Women in Leadership issue.
In the summer of 2024, Shané earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance. As an HR Manager at Arnold Law Firm, Shané leverages her diverse background to lead the HR department effectively. Her dedication to fostering a strong and effective team environment is evident in her work.
Shané’s educational journey is ongoing, with plans to acquire more certifications and designations in HR and Business Management.
